Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience to lead interior design projects across commercial, corporate, hospitality and mixed‑use developments. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage day‑to‑day project execution, ensure compliance with budgets and design approvals, and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts from initial idea through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Prepare mood boards, material sample boards and FF&E schedules.
• Produce construction details and integrate structural and MEP services.
• Coordinate the interior design team, client project manager, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor project progress against the authorized budget and approved design proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of interior design experience, including at least 4 years in a senior role.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong creative thinking and excellent interpretation of client briefs.
• Experience preparing space allocation programs for new building designs.
