Senior Interior Technical Architect

About the role

We are expanding our team in Amman and are looking for a Senior Interior Technical Architect to lead the technical development of interior projects. The role bridges design concepts and buildable solutions, ensuring high‑quality execution from design development through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of interior technical drawings and detailed fit‑out packages.
• Develop and review plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery and construction details.
• Coordinate interior execution details, ensuring design elements are ready for construction.
• Detail joinery, custom elements, doors, wall finishes, flooring, ceilings, stone, marble and other interior architectural components.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, project specifications and best practices.
• Coordinate interior works with architectural, structural, MEP, lighting and other disciplines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock‑ups, samples and technical submissions.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership and on‑site support, maintaining quality, constructability and design intent.
• Identify technical discrepancies and develop practical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold high documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in interior technical architecture and fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, detailing and local regulations.
• Experience with high‑end residential, hospitality or similar sectors.
