Senior Product Manager

About the role

iDoc is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery for its AI‑powered telemedicine platform. Based in Amman, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, working closely with cross‑functional teams to bring high‑quality digital health solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the product backlog across iDoc’s digital healthcare platforms.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, medical, regulatory, technical, and user requirements.
• Translate strategy into PRDs, epics, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and release planning.
• Drive Agile delivery to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Medical, Regulatory, Operations, and Executive Management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, feature validation, and production releases.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as both Product Manager and Product Owner.
• Immediate availability to join (within two weeks).
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into successful products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
