Senior Product Manager

About the role

Petra Ride is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of mobility in Jordan. You will lead product strategy, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and ensure exceptional experiences for riders, captains, merchants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and prioritize opportunities based on customer research, analytics and market insights.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery, PRD creation, sprint planning in Jira to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA and cross‑functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance and Data.
• Set success metrics, run experiments, analyze data and iterate to maximize customer and business impact.
• Communicate strategy and progress to leadership, remove blockers and build momentum across teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling digital products.
• Proven track record leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field.

Required skills

• Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
• SQL for data querying.
• Mixpanel, Amplitude or GA4 for product analytics.
