Senior Project Management Officer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Management Officer to lead complex branding and digital projects for our clients. This full‑time remote position will oversee initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring they align with strategic goals and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for branding and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers.
• Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and produce regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Align project execution with broader program objectives and continuously improve processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary projects in a creative, branding, or digital agency environment.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to interpret data and present updates clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
