Senior Project Manager - Enterprise SaaS Platform Delivery

About the role

This is a senior project management role focused on owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent platform projects. You will lead cross-functional and vendor workstreams, set the operational cadence each client needs, and carry delivery accountability across the whole portfolio. It suits a seasoned project manager who can run several projects at once without compromising quality or timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple platform projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resourcing and timelines
• Provide day-to-day leadership across cross-functional and vendor teams, removing blockers and keeping everyone aligned to the plan
• Project planning and scheduling, RAID management, milestone tracking and vendor coordination
• Change-control governance, budget and resource management, and stakeholder management
• Quality assurance and compliance, dependency management, and risk mitigation planning
• Adoption and training oversight for SaaS rollouts, including change management and training programs
• All other responsibilities assigned by the direct manager

Required profile

• 8-10 years of proven project management experience, including multiple complex projects, preferably in enterprise SaaS delivery
• PMP certification (mandatory)
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and vendors across concurrent workstreams
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with short timelines
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall and hybrid delivery models; hands-on project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Asana
• Preferred: multi-tenant architecture knowledge and bilingualism (Arabic and English)
