Senior Quality Engineer – Test Automation & Release

About the role

As a Senior Quality Engineer at Aspire, you will lead the design and execution of both exploratory and automated tests to ensure high‑quality software releases. You will work closely with product teams and clients to validate requirements and guarantee smooth, cost‑effective launches.

Key responsibilities

• Review user stories, clarify requirements with clients, and ensure the testing team fully understands them.
• Develop and maintain high‑level test cases, scenarios, and release testing plans.
• Execute timely testing for each build and provide status reports to clients.
• Manage production release testing on the day of deployment.
• Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and create, execute, and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca.
• Continuously improve the test automation framework and analyze automation results, investigating failures and tracking defects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software testing experience, including web and mobile testing.
• Strong expertise in API testing and database testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices such as ISO/SOC standards.
