Key responsibilities

• Raise the bar on technical excellence, provide thought leadership and communicate effectively across audiences.
• Oversee a team of engineers to plan, design and deliver complex, high‑traffic systems.
• Mentor and develop managers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Translate functional business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Establish consistent project‑management frameworks and rapid‑iteration development processes.
• Represent the technical organization to senior leadership and evangelize engineering achievements.
• Lead design reviews, addressing architecture, integration, performance and scalability concerns.

Required profile

• Strong program‑management and engineering background with experience leading large, cross‑functional projects.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, resolve ambiguity and balance business versus technical constraints.
• Results‑oriented leader who can anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations and drive strategic initiatives.

Required skills

• Extensive software engineering experience (10+ years).
• Engineering team management experience (5+ years).
