Senior Trainer – Digital Customer Operations

About the role

The Senior Trainer – Digital Customer Operations will develop learning and knowledge capabilities for SITA’s global services. The role designs and delivers training, onboarding and refresher programs while managing knowledge content and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training on operational processes, tools and customer support standards.
• Lead onboarding and refresher sessions for new and existing employees.
• Assess training, competency and knowledge needs across teams and create relevant materials.
• Manage the lifecycle of knowledge content, ensuring quality and compliance with KCS practices.
• Measure effectiveness of training and knowledge initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in Training, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management or service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Education or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and managing knowledge content.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
