Server – Guest Service & Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our hotel’s Food & Beverage team. You will be the face of the property, ensuring every guest receives attentive, friendly, and professional service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with queries, menu recommendations, and special requests.
• Handle complaints following established standards and procedures.
• Report for duty according to the rota, maintain a clean appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and sign the attendance record at the start and end of each shift.
• Provide prompt, confident service across all F&B outlets, adhering to outlet policies, service standards, and safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Support the Manager and Lead Servers in training and coaching new team members.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Good English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and ability to use hotel systems.
• Familiarity with Opera or a similar property management system (preferred).
