About the role
We are looking for a motivated Server to join the Fairmont Gold team, delivering exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage outlets. You will be the face of our service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and attended to with professionalism and warmth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, menu selections, and special requests.
- Handle complaints according to established standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy work environment and adhere to uniform and badge policies.
- Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to exceed guest expectations.
- Train and coach new team members once fully competent.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and outlet service standards at all times.
Required profile
- Previous service experience in hospitality or restaurant settings (asset).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera).
