ServiceNow Traineeship

About the role

Support the delivery and customization of ServiceNow solutions while gaining hands‑on experience across development, implementation, and platform capabilities. You will work alongside experienced consultants on customer projects, pursue ServiceNow certifications, and contribute to documentation, issue resolution, training, and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and develop technical skills related to ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
• Support customer projects and internal initiatives under guidance of senior consultants.
• Complete the ServiceNow certification path and acquire essential platform knowledge.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow cloud‑based solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow applications using best coding practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation.
• Identify and escalate product issues to the project team.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Passion for technology, cloud solutions and IT service management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
