About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Showroom Sales Supervisor to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will drive showroom performance, ensure an excellent customer experience, and support the team in meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the showroom sales team and monitor daily performance.
- Welcome and serve customers professionally, understanding their needs and recommending suitable electrical appliances.
- Track monthly sales targets and coach staff to achieve them.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability through coordination with relevant teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, team performance, and showroom observations.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, ideally in electrical appliances.
- Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Good problem‑solving skills, positive attitude, and organized, proactive mindset.
- Good level of English.
