Site Supervisor – Afternoons

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead the afternoon security team, ensuring safe and efficient operations at the client’s site. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday afternoons and reports to Allied Universal management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on‑site, including staffing, scheduling and on‑site training of Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract‑required training and screening for security staff are completed and documented.
• Maintain overtime within preset limits and monitor productivity and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Inspect security personnel performance regularly and enforce contract compliance.
• Handle operational tasks such as payroll processing, incident‑report review, and preparation of security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions, disciplinary measures and commendations.
• Respond to client requests, emergency notifications and provide direction to subordinates.
• Contribute to physical security surveys and post‑order updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education such as an associate degree is a plus).
• Pass any state‑required training, licensing and, if applicable, a vehicle licensing test.
• One‑year verifiable supervisory experience in a security‑related environment or relevant military, auxiliary police or police cadet service.
• Be at least 21 years of age (or 18 where state law permits).
• Ability to operate radio, telephone equipment and console monitors.
• Strong oral and written communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
