About the role

Shalati is seeking a creative, trend‑driven Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging short‑form videos and posts for Instagram and TikTok. You will turn everyday moments into compelling Reels, support product launches, and help amplify in‑store activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly and weekly social‑media content plans aligned with brand goals.
• Develop concepts, shoot, edit and publish Reels and short‑form videos.
• Write concise, attention‑grabbing captions and hooks.
• Adapt viral trends to fit the Shalati brand and audience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and propose new ideas based on results.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and current social‑media trends.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual content.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera or behind the camera as needed.
• Fast, organized and able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
