Social Media Content Creator

About the role

RYZERYZE, a growing company based in Amman, Jordan, is looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to join its team full-time and on-site. The company wants a storyteller who brings the brand to life, captures daily activities and turns engaging content into business growth, rather than just publishing posts or managing ads.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging Instagram Stories daily, covering the workplace, team, behind-the-scenes activities and company culture.
• Plan, film, edit and publish at least 3 creative Instagram Reels per week.
• Develop original content ideas that attract attention and encourage organic engagement.
• Capture spontaneous moments, team interactions, events and day-to-day company activities.
• Develop organic growth strategies to increase reach, followers, engagement and brand awareness.
• Create sales-driven content that generates customer inquiries, leads and potential sales.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and adapt creative ideas to the brand.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Monitor Instagram insights and track content performance to continuously improve results.
• Take full ownership of content creation, from idea generation to filming, editing and publishing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media content creation, particularly Instagram Reels and Stories.
• Strong video filming, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Good understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms and organic growth strategies.
• Ability to generate original ideas independently and execute them effectively.
• Creative, proactive and energetic, comfortable in a dynamic office environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; a results-oriented mindset.
• A portfolio of previous creative content is highly preferred.

KPIs include daily Instagram Stories, at least 3 high-quality Reels per week, growth in organic reach and engagement, more customer inquiries and qualified leads, and continuous improvement in content quality.
