Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Aumet, which works behind the scenes of pharmacy and hospital supply chains, is looking for an entry-level Social Media Content Creator in Amman. The role covers the full content process, from finding an idea and writing the script to filming, editing and publishing short-form videos, and involves working closely with the Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and appear in short-form videos for Aumet's social media channels
• Turn pharmacy technology, healthcare, business and everyday work moments into relatable content
• Spot online trends and adapt them to fit Aumet
• Write scripts, develop concepts, create visuals and take content from idea to publication
• Help manage the content calendar and support social media campaigns from planning to execution
• Track engagement and content performance and use the insights to improve future pieces
• Partner with the Marketing team to bring Aumet's products, people and impact to life

Required profile

• Strong English writing and speaking skills
• Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form videos with tools such as CapCut, Instagram Reels or TikTok
• Confidence in front of the camera and a natural way of communicating
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Good eye for storytelling, pacing and hooks
• Takes initiative, moves quickly, welcomes constructive feedback and improves with each iteration
• No years of experience required; the application asks for a video showing how you would make a pharmacy management system look exciting on social media
