Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will lead Four Seasons Hotel Amman's online presence, creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning. Working closely with the Public Relations & Marketing team, you will showcase the hotel’s exceptional experiences and strengthen our online community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activity across all social media platforms in line with Four Seasons brand guidelines.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish content that tells the hotel’s story and highlights seasonal promotions, events and dining concepts.
• Coordinate photography, videography and behind‑the‑scenes assets to support campaigns and daily posts.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and route guest concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics, providing insights to optimise reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure all content adheres to Four Seasons brand standards, tone of voice and luxury hospitality positioning.
• Act as a brand ambassador online and offline, representing Four Seasons professionally.
