Social Media Manager – Digital Creativity

About the role

Nabd is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive digital creativity for its clients in Jordan. You will work closely with brands to craft engaging social media experiences that align with their objectives and audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across platforms.
• Meet with clients to understand goals, target audiences, and brand identity.
• Develop social media strategies and campaign concepts.
• Create monthly content calendars and plan daily posts.
• Write compelling captions and creative copy.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and media buyers.
• Monitor trends and introduce fresh ideas to differentiate brands.
• Track account performance, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Present ideas and solutions directly to clients.
• Ensure all content is consistent with each brand’s identity and objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into visual stories.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Confidence presenting ideas and providing solutions.
