About the role

Designs Field Agency is seeking a Social Media Manager who can translate business objectives into creative marketing campaigns. The role involves shaping strategy, producing engaging content, and driving measurable results for a variety of client brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with each client’s business goals.
• Create and execute creative marketing ideas and campaigns that boost awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
• Design monthly content strategies, pillars, and calendars.
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and market opportunities.
• Conceptualize posts, reels, campaigns, promotions, and activations.
• Write compelling captions, copy, hooks, and calls‑to‑action.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve brand social presence.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, photographers, and the creative team.
• Plan content around launches, offers, seasons, events, and business opportunities.
• Monitor performance, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports with clear learnings and next steps.
• Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms.
• Manage daily social activity and community engagement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strategic thinker who views social media as a marketing tool, not just a publishing channel.
• Ability to generate ideas and explain why they will work.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
• Understanding of how content contributes to brand awareness and sales.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple brands across different industries.
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in an agency environment.
