Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who bridges business requirements and technical solution design, combining business analysis and solution architecture to deliver scalable solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct structured requirement gathering and analysis through discussions, workshops, and process reviews.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, workflows, and solution designs.
• Design scalable solutions by identifying the right applications, integrations, data flows, and automation approach.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies, limitations, and alternative solution approaches.
• Prepare solution documentation including BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and solution architecture.
• Work closely with developers and implementation teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Support solution walkthroughs, customer discussions, estimations, and implementation planning.
• Review delivered solutions against the agreed requirements and expected business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the overall solution.

Required profile

• Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills.
• Good understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Strong logical and problem‑solving ability with confidence to design solutions independently.
• Ability to understand both business and technical conversations and connect the two.
• Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, low‑code platforms, CRM/ERP, or business automation solutions.
• Excellent documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
