Solutions Consultant (Jordan)

About the role

Immersive Labs is seeking a Solutions Consultant based in Jordan to join its Scale Team. You will help customers across the METNA and APAC regions adopt the Immersive One platform by delivering rapid, repeatable technical pre‑sales and onboarding experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑sales demos, trials, and product demonstrations tailored to qualified opportunities.
• Own the first two months of customer onboarding across multiple accounts, ensuring quick time‑to‑value.
• Provide one‑to‑many enablement sessions that accelerate adoption of the Immersive One Core platform.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Operations to convert prospects into active users.
• Support customers in migrating to the Immersive One solution and maintaining ongoing engagement.

Required profile

• Experienced cybersecurity professional with a proven track record across the full customer lifecycle (pre‑sales, post‑sales, professional services).
• Comfortable working at high velocity and delivering repeatable processes for many customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
• Based in Jordan and able to serve the METNA & APAC regions.
