About the role
Find the people and companies that can make our best ideas happen. Build a network of exceptional suppliers and specialists before we need them.
Key responsibilities
- Discover manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging makers, equipment providers, and creative specialists.
- Check their work, samples, references, and ability to deliver.
- Negotiate the best mix of quality, speed, price, and terms.
- Build reliable alternatives so we never depend on one supplier.
- Bring us new materials, products, and capabilities that could improve the business.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience finding suppliers, talent, products, or business partners (purchasing experience not required).
- A resourceful researcher who looks beyond obvious options.
- Can judge quality, compare costs, and negotiate a good deal.
- Curious, persistent, and comfortable approaching people anywhere in the world.
