Spa Therapist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a professional Spa Therapist to join our luxury hotel’s spa team in Aqaba. You will deliver a range of massage and body treatment services to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and check for contraindications before each service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and treatment rooms.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor their comfort throughout.
• Follow Marriott International policies for guest conduct and safety.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain required licensure and complete safety training.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• State or regional massage license.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
