SPS Customer Service & Demand Planner Specialist

About the role

As an SPS Customer Service & Demand Planner Specialist you will act as the main link between Syngenta’s customers, business managers and internal functions. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, forecasts are visible early and any exceptions are handled promptly to support uninterrupted product supply.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and enter customer orders in line with forecast and planned fence times.
• Maintain regular communication with Business Managers to update MENAF customer forecasts.
• Provide order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics requirements and forward pro‑forma invoices, quotes and related documents.
• Handle order exceptions, complaints and feedback, escalating to relevant functions when needed.
• Support letter of credit procedures in collaboration with Trade Finance.
• Keep customer master data and agreements up‑to‑date.
• Monitor phase‑out products and ensure forecasts reflect changes.
• Enter daily inputs into the Best View (SPS/IBP) forecast and manage events in the EDF tool.
• Report lost sales or opportunities and conduct training sessions for customers.
• Lead local projects related to strategy, finance, IT or site management.

• Experience in order management, forecasting or supply‑chain environments.
• Confidentiality and professional distance when handling sensitive information.
