Steward – Hotel Food & Beverage Service

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba as a Steward Attendant. You will play a key part in delivering clean, safe, and memorable food‑and‑beverage experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across all assigned areas.
• Polish and store china, glassware, and silverware in designated locations.
• Operate kitchen cleaning equipment and ensure all surfaces are spotless.
• Keep floors and work zones free of hazards and obstructions.
• Control breakage and pilferage, and assist the Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor in daily operations.
• Maintain garbage rooms according to international standards and hotel policies.
• Adhere to proper grooming standards and attend scheduled training sessions.

Required profile

• Organised and a strong team player.
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
