Strategic Pursuit Designer – Visual & Business Design

About the role

EY is looking for a Strategic Pursuit Designer to help win high‑impact business opportunities. You will blend visual creativity, design thinking and strategic insight to produce client‑facing materials that align with business priorities and EY’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create cover art, charts, graphs and visual packaging that support pursuit themes and client business issues.
• Develop layouts using EY’s visual identity, typography, colour and imagery.
• Participate in kick‑offs, strategy sessions and oral preparation meetings, offering design insights.
• Present cohesive design options that enhance the overall pursuit narrative.
• Partner with pursuit teams to deliver full‑service design and business‑development support.
• Drive creative thinking and ensure globally consistent design standards.
• Shape messaging and concept design for proposals, digital content and interactive presentations.
• Incorporate client win/loss insights to refine pursuit processes and design approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design, communications or pursuit strategy, preferably in a global organization.
• Familiarity with pursuit activation or new‑business pitches.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
