Strategy Analyst (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

The Performance Marketing team at Agoda is expanding and is looking for a Strategy Analyst based in Bangkok. You will work with a data‑driven, global team to design, test and optimise marketing campaigns that drive customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models and analyse large experiment datasets to assess impacts of TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Build dashboards, generate insights and present recommendations to stakeholders to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 0‑4 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy roles at a fast‑growing tech company.
