Strategy Experienced Hire – MENA (Jordan)

About the role

EY-Parthenon is expanding its Strategy team across the MENA region and is looking for ambitious, analytical professionals to join as experienced hires. You will work on high‑impact projects for governments, corporates, and sovereign wealth funds, helping shape long‑term growth, market entry, and digital transformation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to strategy engagements, including growth roadmaps, market entry, go‑to‑market, and commercial due diligence.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, working closely with senior team members.
• Analyse large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable recommendations for C‑suite executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university; MBA from a top‑tier business school is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy firm, preferably with exposure to MENA or global markets.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and professional maturity.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; willingness to travel 25‑50 % within the MENA region.

Required skills

• Ability to conduct market analysis, customer research, macro‑economic forecasting, and portfolio optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
