Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our Jordan supply chain organization. The role oversees quotes & pricing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management while working on U.S. time zones from an on‑site location in Irbid or Amman.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi‑functional team of 20–30 employees, handling recruitment, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
• Set performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across departments.
• Manage quoting and pricing processes to deliver accurate, competitive quotations and develop pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee international and domestic logistics, ensuring timely material movement and optimizing freight costs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, improve inventory accuracy, and monitor inventory turns.
• Establish KPIs, drive process improvements using data, and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to align supply chain activities with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience managing multiple supply chain functions.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and ability to resolve supply disruptions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high‑performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work U.S. working hours.
