Support & Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Support & Implementation Engineer to act as a high‑level technical liaison for our enterprise customers. The role combines onsite and remote activities, ensuring successful implementation of solutions and prompt resolution of incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and install solutions on customer infrastructure platforms.
• Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose reported issues across implementation layers.
• Respond promptly to customer tickets and requests.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
• Perform any other duties related to support and implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Applications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support or implementation role.
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours when needed.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Database engines: Oracle, MS‑SQL, PostgreSQL.
• Operating systems: Linux, Microsoft Windows.
• Cloud orchestration tools: Kubernetes, HashiCorp Nomad.
• Application servers: Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere.
• DevOps techniques: CI/CD pipelines, Helm, Ansible.
• Directory services: Active Directory (AD), LDAP.
• Additional knowledge (plus): cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, IBM), virtualization, storage, network infrastructure, high‑availability and disaster‑recovery, PKI, MySQL, NoSQL, object storage, security solutions (HashiCorp Vault, Keycloak).
