Systems and IT Analyst

About the role

The Systems and IT Analyst will bridge business needs and technology solutions, focusing on ERP, Odoo, Magento and e‑commerce platforms. You will ensure smooth operation, integration and continuous improvement of the company’s digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor all company systems, managing users, permissions, configurations and providing technical support.
• Gather departmental requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Develop, maintain and integrate ERP solutions, ensuring seamless data flow with other applications.
• Implement and manage Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, HR).
• Oversee Magento development, integrating payment gateways, shipping providers and internal systems.
• Enhance e‑commerce platforms, optimizing user experience, order processing, inventory, payments and deliveries.
• Act as Product Owner: prioritize backlog, write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Identify automation opportunities, create process maps and keep documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with developers and external vendors for system changes and integrations.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct system testing, UAT and monitor APIs, databases and data flows.
• Produce performance reports and dashboards for sales and operations.
• Train users, support adoption and maintain system security, backups and business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Experience managing Magento and other e‑commerce platforms.
• Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL and API integration.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
