Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

Petra Ride is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist who can blend recruitment expertise with creative branding. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring journey while shaping a compelling employer narrative that attracts high‑potential talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build accurate job profiles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, university networks, professional communities, and other channels.
• Conduct HR and behavioral interviews, assessing candidates beyond their CVs.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and follow‑up with new hires during their first months.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create employer‑brand content, employee stories, recruitment campaigns, and university initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve hiring practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related People & Culture role.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong curiosity about people, ability to ask insightful questions, and talent‑spotting instincts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to balance speed with quality while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys experimenting with new hiring approaches.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn.
• Experience with Kayan HRMS, particularly the Talent Acquisition module.
