Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

First Tech is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for its technology organization. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top engineering, product and data talent, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and design effective hiring strategies.
• Lead recruitment for technology roles such as Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data, Product and other technical positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking and innovative sourcing channels.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends and hiring challenges.
• Utilize recruitment technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and deliver insights to enhance hiring effectiveness.
• Support additional HR initiatives like employee engagement and onboarding when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong background hiring technical roles, especially software engineering and product positions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
