Team Leader / Project Coordinator

About the role

AEM Consultancy seeks an experienced Team Leader / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large‑scale architectural and master‑planning projects. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring high‑quality communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between architects, planners, structural, MEP, and BIM teams.
• Monitor deadlines, submissions, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Organise project workflows, internal reviews, and documentation.
• Identify risks, delays, and coordination issues early and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in architecture, master planning, design coordination, or project coordination.
• Educational background in Architecture, Master Planning, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with large‑scale or cultural projects is a plus.
