Technical Architect

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Architect to develop high‑quality architectural construction drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary technical information, and ensure design intent is accurately reflected in complete project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural construction drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and drawing packages.
• Create and maintain architectural models and documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior design and other disciplines.
• Review and resolve technical and interdisciplinary coordination issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, design intent, applicable codes and standards.
• Develop architectural details for materials, finishes, façades, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wet areas and other building components.
• Incorporate design revisions, consultant comments and coordination updates into construction documentation.
• Support preparation of tender and IFC drawing packages and maintain drawing quality, consistency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 + years of professional experience in architectural technical design and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, finishes and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
