Technical Site Engineer

About the role

The Technical Site Engineer will join Quartz For Control Systems to deliver and support smart home automation solutions at customer locations in Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on installing, configuring, and testing integrated control systems to ensure reliable, secure, and energy‑efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test smart home control hardware and software at residential sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on‑site.
• Provide on‑site technical support and occasional user training.
• Collaborate with project teams, communicate requirements with customers, and document all work performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Gather feedback and relay improvement suggestions to internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience in electrical/electronic or low‑current systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends when required.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of networking and IoT devices; familiarity with smart‑home platforms is a plus.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is beneficial; valid driving licence and personal vehicle are mandatory.
