About the role
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with partners and end‑users. The role ensures that all stakeholders receive timely assistance and remain satisfied with the service provided.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze technical problems following defined support processes and document actions taken.
- Respond to technical queries raised by partners and end‑users in a prompt manner.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners and customers.
- Communicate continuously with assigned vendors to secure full support on technical matters.
- Participate in after‑hours support rotations, escalating issues when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as an ATM Engineer.
