Technical Support & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support & Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary link between our Qatar office and the technical team based in Jordan. The role involves handling operational issues, documenting technical requirements, coordinating with developers, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between Qatar employees and the Jordan technical team.
• Receive, assess, and prioritize technical issues and system requests.
• Create and manage support tickets, tracking them through to resolution.
• Coordinate with developers, the Project Manager, and the Tech Lead to deliver fixes and new features.
• Provide regular status updates to users and test solutions before closure.
• Support ERP, websites, delivery applications, dashboards, and internal systems.
• Train users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare reports on open issues, completed requests, delays, and operational risks.
• Escalate urgent matters affecting orders, inventory, delivery, payments, or customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in technical support, IT coordination or similar role.
• Strong command of Arabic and English.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Qatar.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent operational issues.

Required skills

• Experience with ERPNext, Frappe or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing and project‑management tools.
• Basic knowledge of software testing, APIs, databases and web applications.
