About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and nurturing long‑term relationships through phone outreach and strategic sales planning.

Key responsibilities

Build a pipeline and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Develop annual sales strategy and set sales goals.
Leverage sales tools and resources to nurture prospect relationships.
Collaborate with sales leaders to align efforts and achieve targets.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing sales.
