About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and nurturing long‑term relationships through phone outreach and strategic sales planning.
Key responsibilities
- Build a pipeline and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Develop annual sales strategy and set sales goals.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to nurture prospect relationships.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align efforts and achieve targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing sales.
