Sales Officer – Conference & Events

About the role

Jordan Nights for Conferences & Events is looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive new business and manage client relationships for its conference and event services in Jordan. You will work on the ground in Amman, meeting corporate, academic and government clients and guiding them through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across corporates, universities, organisations and government entities.
• Sell conference and event management services, preparing tailored proposals and quotations in coordination with management.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Attend client meetings and on‑site visits to understand requirements and showcase solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and deal records daily in the sales management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality or B2B services.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle for client field visits.
• Professional appearance and strong negotiation abilities.
• Based in Amman and able to travel for client meetings.
