Telesales Specialist – Course Consultant

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist who will act as a Course Consultant, reaching out to prospective learners and guiding them through our online English courses. You will work closely with our education platform to convert leads into satisfied students.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via phone calls.
- Educate potential customers about the features and benefits of our online English courses.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and aim to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Leverage any proven track record in closing sales to improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Strong command of English – speaking, writing and reading.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales role.
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to meet monthly targets.
