Tender Operations Senior Officer

About the role

MS Pharma is seeking a Tender Operations Senior Officer to lead the end‑to‑end tender process across its regional markets. The role will analyse customer requirements, prepare technical and financial offers, and ensure timely delivery of tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive tender database covering open tenders, pricing, delivery dates and competitor information.
• Monitor upcoming tenders, propose competitive pricing, and support the tender portfolio team with new product recommendations.
• Develop and sustain relationships with government officials and key stakeholders to facilitate successful tender outcomes.
• Conduct regular field visits in Iraq to engage with authorities, monitor stock levels, and manage product liquidation.
• Coordinate with the corporate marketing department to execute approved market strategies and generate periodic performance reports.
• Ensure on‑time communication and delivery to avoid penalties and support overall tender operation excellence.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in tender management, procurement or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of market dynamics.
