Transformation & AI Enablement Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Transformation & AI Enablement Manager will drive end‑to‑end transformation initiatives for PwC Middle East’s Marketing & Communications unit, shaping the future of the firm’s brand and client engagement through AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives across business units, developing roadmaps, operating models and implementation plans.
• Identify, prioritize and deploy AI use cases, building adoption strategies, governance frameworks and change‑management plans.
• Design and deliver communication, training and enablement programmes to raise AI awareness and build capability.
• Manage multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines and resources, monitoring risks and dependencies.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and steering‑committee updates, ensuring delivery against milestones and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting or digital programme management.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
