UI/UX Designer for Digital Fundraising Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the digital fundraising experience for our platforms. The consultant will work closely with product and development teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging donation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Produce user journey maps and UX artefacts for priority fundraising flows.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for new or optimized donation journeys.
• Contribute UI components and enhancements to the design system.
• Conduct accessibility and usability reviews and deliver actionable findings.
• Prepare UX specifications to support development and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Engaged on a consultancy basis for 22 days per month, Sunday to Thursday, aligning with regular office hours in Amman time.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
