UI/UX Designer for Digital Fundraising Platforms

About the role
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the digital fundraising experience for our platforms. The consultant will work closely with product and development teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging donation journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Produce user journey maps and UX artefacts for priority fundraising flows.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for new or optimized donation journeys.
- Contribute UI components and enhancements to the design system.
- Conduct accessibility and usability reviews and deliver actionable findings.
- Prepare UX specifications to support development and quality assurance.
Required profile
- Engaged on a consultancy basis for 22 days per month, Sunday to Thursday, aligning with regular office hours in Amman time.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
Required skills
- User journey mapping.
- Wireframing and prototyping.
- UI component design and design system contribution.
- Accessibility and usability evaluation.
- Creation of detailed UX specifications.
