Waiter / Waitress – Guest Service Expert

About the role

Join the Sheraton team in Amman as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring every meal feels special, from setting tables to serving food and drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange tables according to Sheraton standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Serve guests promptly, addressing any special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and work stations.
• Handle payments and process bills in a courteous manner.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience (training provided).
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
• Strong communication and guest‑focused attitude.
