Waiter/Waitress – Hotel Food & Beverage Service

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network and become a Heartist® delivering memorable hospitality. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from greeting to payment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the assigned Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, take orders, place orders, and handle payments.
• Maintain uniform appearance, grooming standards, and overall personal hygiene while on duty.
• Assist with basic cleaning, polishing equipment, table setting, and side‑station organization.
• Report cleanliness, maintenance issues, and equipment failures to the supervisor or Maintenance Department.
• Handle guest greetings, seating, and ensure the entrance is never left unattended.
• Participate in regular training sessions covering guest care, product knowledge, up‑selling, and grooming standards.
• Address guest complaints according to instructions and escalate when necessary.
• Support other hotel areas when required and adhere to internal safety and policy procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a polite and courteous demeanor.
• Willingness to learn menus, promotions, and product details.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Familiarity with hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, and overall safety procedures.
