About the role
Join the Operations Division at Jordan River Design as a Warehouse Volunteer. This hands‑on position offers practical exposure to inventory, warehouse, and logistics processes while supporting daily stock management activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, checking, and storing inventory.
- Support the issuing and distribution of stock as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and physical stock checks.
- Maintain and update inventory and stock records.
- Help reconcile inventory and identify discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures when handling and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team on daily stock‑management tasks.
Required profile
- High school diploma, diploma, or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
